1. About SukoonKey

SukoonKey is an anonymous online chat platform that allows users to:

• Create private password-protected chat rooms
• Join public chat rooms
• Create temporary discussions
• Delete rooms they create
• Block users from their own rooms
• Participate without creating an account

SukoonKey is only a communication platform. We do not participate in, monitor every conversation, or endorse any opinions shared by users.

2. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for individuals aged 18 years or older. Users under the age of 18 may only use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using SukoonKey, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. No Registration Required

SukoonKey does not require user registration, email addresses, phone numbers, or personal identity verification. You may use the Platform anonymously.

4. Temporary Chat Rooms

Chat messages are designed to be temporary:

• Messages are automatically removed after approximately 24 hours
• Room creators may delete their rooms or messages at any time
• While we aim to delete expired content promptly, temporary technical backups may exist for security purposes

5. User Responsibilities

Every user is solely responsible for their words, actions, conversations, and information they voluntarily share. Do not share confidential, personal, financial, or sensitive information with other users.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, bully, or intimidate others
• Post illegal or unlawful content
• Promote violence or hatred
• Share sexually exploitative or abusive material
• Impersonate another individual or organization
• Attempt to hack, damage, or interfere with the Platform
• Use bots, spam, or automated systems
• Advertise scams or fraudulent schemes

Violation may result in immediate removal or blocking from the Platform.

7. No File Uploads

To improve user safety, SukoonKey does not allow users to upload or share files, images, videos, audio files, or other attachments.

8. Room Owners

Room creators may:

• Protect rooms with passwords
• Remove participants
• Block disruptive users
• Delete messages
• Delete their own rooms

Room creators are responsible for moderating their own rooms.

9. Advertisements & Affiliate Promotions

General public chat rooms may display advertisements, sponsored content, affiliate products, or promotional messages. Private rooms created by users are not intended for platform-controlled advertising. SukoonKey may earn commissions from qualifying affiliate purchases. Any purchase made through an advertiser or affiliate is solely between you and that third party.

10. Third-Party Links

Advertisements or affiliate links may direct users to third-party websites. We do not own or control those websites and are not responsible for their content, products, services, privacy practices, or terms and conditions. Users should review the policies of any third-party website they visit.

11. Disclaimer

SukoonKey only provides a platform for communication. We are not responsible for user behavior, opinions expressed by users, accuracy of information shared, disputes between users, financial losses, emotional distress, or business decisions made using information obtained through chats.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SukoonKey shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform. Use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.
